Property Structure: Ground Villa + 2 Villa
Bedrooms
1. 1 Bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor. 1 Bedroom on the second floor.
2. All bedrooms have a king-sized bed. Extra bedding can be provided on request(Charges applicable )
3. There is a sofa seater to accommodate 5 people.
Bathroom
1. The Villa has 5 bathrooms. 4 bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms while 1 bathroom is a common bathroom.
2. Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are not provided.
3. Solar geysers are available in all the bathrooms.
Outdoor Area
1. The villa has an outdoor lawn area and an outdoor pool area.
Additional Amenities
1. No parking space available. The car can be parked on the street outside.
2. A solar inverter is available, in the event of a power failure.
3. Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required.
Other things to note
1. WiFi is available.
2. The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals.
3. For mosquitoes, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.
4. A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests.

Due to COVID 19, the locals and municipal corporation are not permitting tourists. Kindly get in touch with us before reserving the property. We may not be able to host in case, there are issues from the local Municipal Corporation.
NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION :
The Villa is at a 2 minute walking distance from Candolim Beach. Candolim Market is at a 10minute walking distance from the Villa.
HOUSE RULES :
1. Music allowed till 10 pm, so as to not disturb other patrons.
2. Smoking is allowed in the Villa
MEALS :
1. The kitchen on the property is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a gas stove
2. Drinking water available.
3. Cooking is allowed on the property.
4. Caretaker can cook at an additional charge.
5. Cutlery and crockery are available.
6. BBQ and Bonfire are available at an additional charges.
